Refund policy
At Pokémon Hero, we strive to provide the best experience for our customers. Due to the nature of sealed products in the TCG industry, we are unable to accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not match the description, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If there’s an issue with your order, send an email to contact@pokemonhero.com with the subject line: “ORDER ISSUE #[Your Order Number]”. Our team will review the situation and work to resolve it promptly.
Order Cancellations:
Cancellations may be requested prior to shipment and are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing fee incurred at the time of your initial purchase. The 5% will be deducted from the refunded amount.
